Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday April 6, 2014. Pat Nakonechny at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife to David for 43 wonderfull years. Dear mother of Cindy Marie Nuttall (Mark) of Thunderbay and Tracy Sue Nuttall (Jack) of Winnipeg. Pat is also survived five grandchildren , four great grandchildren and a brother Alfred Srigley of Otterville.Pat was predeceased by her parents Clarence & Ilene Srigley as well as two brothers, Bill & Don Srigley and an infant daughter Susan (1960).Pat was deeply involved with The St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program, Pat & Amy conveined 1000 visits from 2006 to 2014 and Pat was presented with the Priori Award for outstanding service to St. John Ambulance.
Family and friends will be received at the Peace Lutheran Church, 60 Young St. Tillsonburg on Wednesday April 9, 2014 from 10-11a.m. A celebration of Pat’s life will commence at 11:a.m. with Rev. Ron Mohr officiating.Donations in Pat’s memory may be made to the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home (519-842-5221) or at (www.ostrandersfuneralhome.com)
