Condolence: Dear Glad and Banks Family,
I can't believe that it's a year since Bill's passing. As I never knew him as a man, my memories of Bill are of a sweet little boy with an impish pointy-chin grin that could (and frequently did!) light up a room. He is such a special soul, and was a gentle man, who loved his dear family. I know that your hearts are filled with special memories of Bill at this time.

I have known Bill for over 14-yrs through work. Through ups and downs of life, Bill’s positive outlook and his commitment to family have always been the biggest takeaways for me. His calm & collected approach and a great sense of humor was contagious and used to cheer people around him. It is these memories of Bill that will remain with me and others who came in contact with him. We will miss him.
