1929 – 2014
Angela Susan (Ghesquiere) Kennedy passed away peacefully at Dayspring Residence, Tillsonburg on Monday, April 21, 2014 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Kennedy (2001). Loving mother to Gary (Susan) Matschke, Deb (Doug) Stewart, Cindy (Al) Stewart and step-children; Richard (Claire) Kennedy, Ted (Susan) Kennedy, John Kennedy and David (Jan) Kennedy. Loving grandmother to many grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; Cyril & Godlieve Ghesquiere, 1 daughter Bonnie Vandemaele (1998), 2 sisters, Yvonne Langland and Susie Ghesquiere and 2 brothers Henri & Charles Ghesquiere. Angela was a former tobacco farmer in the Aylmer area as well as being a member of the Straffordville U.C.W. and a volunteer at the T.D.M.H and Woodingford Lodge. Friends will be received at the Ostrander’s Funeral Home Ltd., 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519)842-5221 on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 2 – 4 p.m. & 7 – 9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Straffordville Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Straffordville United Church General Fund or to a Charity of choice would be appreciated. Personal condolence may be made at www.ostrandersfuneralhome.com
