William “Bill” Marlatt
Peacefully, on Saturday, July 26, 2014, Bill Marlatt of Port Burwell passed away at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Eva Pastor (2004). Dear father of Terry, Judy Potenza (Steve), Randy (Judy), Jim (Sherrie), Tammy and Rick (Debbie). Loving Grandpa to twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Velma Tillotson of Aylmer and several nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his sister Marcella Bradt and a brother Kelly. A special heartfelt thank you is extended to the Doctors and Nurses at St. Thomas –Elgin General Hospital for their care and compassion and a grateful thank you to Dr. Ho. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Paul Robinson officiating. Interment in the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
