Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mark Millman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Mark Millman

Mark Millman
Mark Millman died peacefully at home in Toronto, on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the age of 55 years, after fighting a brain tumour with courage and grace for the last year. Mark was born in Tillsonburg, attending Annandale High School before moving on with many of his friends to Wilfrid Laurier University. There he met the love of his life Linda, and for 34 years, they shared good food, good music, and a good life, before it was cut too short. Mark will be dearly missed by Linda Lovegrove, his parents Don and Margaret Millman, his brother David Millman, his uncle Mike Millman and Kathleen Wagner, many family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends and relatives at St. John’s Anglican Church, 46 Ridout St. W., Tillsonburg on Saturday, September 06, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service for Mark at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Fr. Bill Ward and Rev. Fr. David Joyce will be officiating. Inurnment will be held at Tillsonburg Cemetery. Please honour Mark with memorial donations to the Bruce Trail Conservancy, to help preserve the land he loved most (brucetrail.org/donations/memorials). Donations can also be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home (519)842-5221 who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
