Peacefully, at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Tillsonburg, on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, Laurence Frederick Smith passed away at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Rose Marie (2011). Loving father of Philip Smith and his wife Nancy, Paul Smith and his wife Yvonne, Patricia Ormerod and her husband David, Penny MacIsaac, Pauline Worth and her husband (Richard Shardlow). Cherished grandfather of Nathaniel (Christine), Alana (Ray), Joshua (Jessica), Sierra, Christine (Chris), Kyle, Kyle (Krystal), Sandy (Samantha), James (Ashley), Kate (Robert), Melanee, Drake, Ricky (Alyssa), Nichole (Manny). Great grandfather to Liam, Kerrigan, Carter, Lucas, Colton, Joshua, Joseph, Madelyn, Gabrielle, Daniel, and Mikaila. In keeping with Laurence’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service.
