Pamela Leota (Mason) Horvath

It is with great sadness her family announces the sudden passing of their beloved Pamela, on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Washington Hospital Centre, Washington, D.C. surrounded by the love of her family. Pamela was born on June 12, 1973 in Tillsonburg, Ontario, daughter of Walter and Ruth (Mauthe) Mason of Tillsonburg. She is survived and sadly missed by her husband Jonathan Horvath of Washington, D.C., her brother Brett and his wife Joanne, their children Marek (Pamela’s Godson) and Emma Mason all of Aylmer. Also survived by father and mother-in-law Jules and Karen Horvath, brother-in-law Adam and his wife Christina Horvath and their children Julia Jane and Wiley all of Washington, D.C. Also survived by her Godparents Faye and Rick Verbuyst and Paul and Cindy Mauthe. Pamela was predeceased by her grandparents Henry and Vera Mauthe and Roy and Bernice Mason and special cousin Lori (Robinson) Gallant (2006). Pamela will be sadly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends in Ontario, B.C. and the U.S. A Memorial Service will be held to honour Pamela on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Peace Lutheran Church, 60 Young Street, Tillsonburg, ON at 12 noon with Rev. Ronald Mohr officiating. Visitation beginning at 10 a.m., 2 hours prior to the service. Pamela had a great love of the outdoors as an avid runner, hiker with her best friend “Mika” and therefore, donations in memory of Pamela may be made to T.D. Friends of the Environment Foundation, on-line or at any TD Canada Trust Bank branch or any charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
