I was sad to hear of Gord's passing; I am sending my sympathy to Grace, to the boys and all the family. My memory of Gord is that of a kind neighbour who always made sure that Katie Goepfrich's driveway was snow plowed. Earlier memories are of Gord sometimes coming to our farm to steam a kiln of tobacco, and then stay for a friendly visit over breakfast.
